If you are using the DoubleCheck service, other PII may be collected as stated in this policy. For the purposes of this Statement, any user of the Site shall be considered “you” or “your”.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, DoubleCheck may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First and Last Name
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- Employer
- Job Title
- Internet Protocol Address
- Browser Type, Domain Names, Access Times and Referring Website Addresses
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: 1) sending us an email message; (b) requesting a demo. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us.
For the purposes of our technology, DoubleCheck has access to the additional following personally identifiable information such as your:
- The last few digits of your account number
- Your NSF and items that triggered overdraft allowance or courtesy pay

DoubleCheck uses this information for carefully considered business purposes, which also benefits our customers, and which include some or all of the following:
- to communicate with you, operate the Site, and deliver the services you have requested;
- to improve, upgrade, and enhance this Site and our products and services;
- to analyze Site usage and use of the Site;
- to identify and analyze product or service usage metrics and trends and to inform you of other products or services available from DoubleCheck and its affiliates.
And for the DoubleCheck technology, for carefully considered business purposes, which also benefits our customers’ account holders, and which include some or all of the following:
- To allow account holders to view their NSF and Overdrafted transactions.
- To Make changes to the decisions of those transactions to the extent allowed by the technology.
- To use alternative methods to remedy the insufficient balance of the account affected.
- To report fraud (if our customer’s configurations include this service)
Sharing Information with Third Parties
DoubleCheck does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
DoubleCheck may share data, including your personal information, with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to DoubleCheck, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

DoubleCheck may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Site, in order to determine what DoubleCheck services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver improved content and screen flows within DoubleCheck to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by DoubleCheck. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.
